In this contract agreement the outfitter may also be define as (Printelex Outfitters LLC) and the renter may also be described as the (Lease holder) This contract will commence at the the time of suit rentals.

Section 1: Lease agreement & contract terms.

Each suit rental is bound by the terms set forth by the outfitter. Both parties agree to a set rental term discussed during each sale. leading to contract signatures holding legal authority aloud by law to pursue legal actions for lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Failure to comply with written contract agreement terms.

Section 2: Rental return policy

Suit or tux returns must be hand delivered to the pick up location set forth in contract pick up section 2, as well as it is required to be in the proper garment bag provided when signing rental agreement and picking up your suit or tux.. The suit and or tux as well as accessories and add on garments must be properly dry-cleaned and or washed to the contract instructions or tag care instructions provided.

Failure to comply with the return policy instructions may result in forfeiting your deposit, withheld deposit set amount, and or additional expenses for lost, stolen, or damaged items. The deposit may also be held if the renter decides not to dry-clean the suit before returning it.

Suit rentals are inspected by both the outfitter and the renter at the time of the sale agreement. No refund shall be offered once the suit leaves the store. This is to insure all suits are professionally cleaned, and maintained, and accounted for to meet the needs of our growing inventory.

If the client wants to return the suit early. Outfitters will inspect the suit to insure all contract agreements for use and clean return instructions were met. If satisfied the client will have two return options.

Return with Dry-clean receipt will execute a deposit returned to the client with in 24 - 48 hours. Without a receipt of dry-cleaned service the deposit will be held for 72 hours to confirm proper lease terms were met by the client and the outfitter. once confirmed the deposit can be released.

If item is damaged or contract agreement terms are at default by the client the client automatically forfeits all of their deposit. In addition the outfitter may also charge for and mishaps, damages, lost contracts due to late return or damaged items or garments.
